Precast units were produced off site, foundations prepared, deliveries sequenced and units installed by crane. Lodestar reports more than 15,000 square feet of foundation and structural units installed in 28 hours with one crane and a five-person crew.
Completed project. The finished St. Vincent de Paul Community Centre now closes the visual story from prepared bases to an operating community destination.

Now operating at 595 Bagot Street in Kingston, the completed facility turns rapid structural delivery into a long-term community asset. The Lodestar precast modular system provided the durable platform; project-specific enclosure, glazing and finishes gave the centre its own architectural identity.

The official award is associated with Anchor Concrete Products Ltd., the CPCI-registered company. The recognition validates the project while accurately reflecting the Lodestar system behind its structural delivery.
