St. Vincent de Paul
A durable community facility delivered through a tightly coordinated precast modular installation.

Create a substantial new community facility with a short structural window.
The project needed a durable platform for community use while demonstrating that a large precast concrete structure could be assembled with a compact crew and coordinated logistics.
Manufacture, sequence, place and connect.
Precast units were produced off site, foundations prepared, deliveries sequenced and units installed by crane. Lodestar reports more than 15,000 square feet of foundation and structural units installed in 28 hours with one crane and a five-person crew.

Completed project. The finished St. Vincent de Paul Community Centre now closes the visual story from prepared bases to an operating community destination.
Fast structure. Lasting community value.
Now operating at 595 Bagot Street in Kingston, the completed facility turns rapid structural delivery into a long-term community asset. The Lodestar precast modular system provided the durable platform; project-specific enclosure, glazing and finishes gave the centre its own architectural identity.
