01 — Design

Plan around the system

Architects and project teams define the program, layout, exterior expression and the right mix of Lodestar modules, conventional infill and site-built components.

02 — Manufacture

Build in controlled conditions

Precast concrete structural units are manufactured year-round in a climate-controlled environment with repeatable processes and quality inspections.

03 — Prepare

Advance site work in parallel

Foundation and site preparation can progress while structural units are being manufactured, reducing the sequential dependencies of conventional construction.

04 — Deliver

Coordinate the right sequence

Units are transported to site in an installation sequence planned around access, staging, lifting strategy and the project schedule.

05 — Connect

Place, stack and join

Modules are positioned and connected horizontally or vertically to create larger floor plates, multiple levels and flexible configurations.

Enclose and finish

The structural system accepts varied exterior building systems, interior finishes and hybrid construction—so the final architecture is not limited to one visual language.

Manufacture the structure.

Detailed design, molds, reinforcement, casting, curing and quality inspections take place in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Prepare the site.

TRANSPORTATION + DELIVERY

Logistics are part of the system.

Lodestar’s hydraulic transport solution can self-load and self-offload modules using traditional flat-deck trailers, helping reduce dependence on crane-assisted delivery where site conditions allow.

Access, staging, transport and lifting strategy are coordinated for each project before installation.

INSTALLATION DAY

A shorter structural window changes everything around it.

Coordinated delivery, crane placement and connection allow the building frame to take shape quickly. Less time in the structural phase can reduce exposure to weather, labour variability and extended site disruption.

AFTER STRUCTURAL PLACEMENT

The envelope follows a coordinated path.

Lodestar accelerates and organizes the structural scope. Prefabricated wall systems can then move through positioning, mechanical connection and rapid assembly before services, interiors and commissioning complete the building.
